Free. A habit journal for your phone: six weeks, three habits, a Look Back every Saturday. Tell it about a normal day and the Coach writes three habits that fit the day you actually have. Check them off and write a line. Pick a Cookie, something you’ll give yourself at the end however it goes. Six weeks later it’s Cookie time, and your six weeks come back as a book.
No account, no email. Your journal stays on your phone. When you ask the Coach for habits, your goal and your day go to it and aren’t kept. Your Saturday Look Back is held only until your phone picks it up, then deleted.
