ARDMORE, PA — April 14, 2026 — What Comes Next, LLC today announced that Founder and CEO Jason Rashaad will present a Lunch and Learn at Life Time Work Ardmore on Wednesday, April 15 at 12:00 PM. The event is open to Life Time Work members.
Rashaad will discuss the origin story of What Comes Next, LLC — a company building private AI infrastructure for the coach-client relationship — and the personal recovery that became its founding methodology. The presentation will cover the Evolutions coaching framework, the firm’s patent-pending Catalyst system, and the 100 Days to Summer field study soon to start recruiting participants for Summer 2026 in support of doctoral research at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.

What Comes Next, LLC designs AI systems that run entirely on local hardware. Client health and wellness data never leaves the coaching environment.
Rashaad holds an MBA from Michigan State University and holds certifications as a PMP, NASM CPT, and NASM CNC. He serves as Corporate Faculty at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and is a doctoral candidate at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
